The boat got canceled with no notice. We had to call the provider just to hear that we had to use another boat 30 min later. Inconvenient and not professional. Full review by evijav2019

We are visiting Riga on the 11th-14th January and are hoping to do this on the 14th in the morning. Where do you purchase tickets for the canal tour from?
A:
The boat has a quay near the back of the Opera house - on the opposite side of the road. You can buy tickets there. We found the "old tram" was fun too and it has a stop nearby.
