I'm not sure what the question is. In my opinion, the Whirligig Park is one of the most unique and interesting sites I've ever seen. It is a free, open to the public, family-friendly park. It is a wonderful honor to a remarkable man with a genius mind. Would it have been better to have these works of art rusting away in his barn? Enjoy these creative, whimsical pieces of engineering and color for what they are....
