Doctor Marks earned his master's degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in 1995. He went on to complete is residency in psychiatry at the University of California at San Diego from 1995-1998 and was senior resident in Psychiatry at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Clinical Neuroscience Research Unit from 1998-1999. Dr. Marks completed his fellowship in Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry, University of California at San Diego from 1999-2000.Dr. Marks is board certified in Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine by he American Board of Psychiatry/Neurology.
