Fort DeRussy Beach Park was really beautiful. The US Army of Hawaii Museum was also there. The landscape was beautiful. We enjoyed so much walking in here.Full review by OZS_ATW

Beautiful park with some WWII memorabilia. Quaint. Great Ft. Debussy Beach. Several sidewalks to stroll on. Takes you to OutRigger Waikiki for beach rentals and a few restaurants.Full review by Debi G

Great beach location. Near the Hilton Hawaiian Village and Outrigger Reef. Lots of sand qnd space to post up for the day. Waters nice and short paddle when the waves are breaking.Full review by Chris V

Hale Kao is the military-only resort there in the Waikiki area. It is a great resort, in a superb location, yet I hear that the on-site food is not the best. Not to worry, there are PLENTY of places to eat nearby. The most crowded time in Waikiki is June through August. The least crowded is September and October. The worst time to visit is December through March, not because of crowds, but because of weather. Those months are known as "the rainy season".
