House leadership’s proposal to allow $4.5 trillion for tax cuts could entail some hard choices for Republicans, forcing them to compromise on some of the tax cuts proposed on the campaign trail. The House Budget Committee released its highly anticipated budget reconciliation numbers on Wednesday.

The blueprint conflicts with a Senate budget resolution, which doesn't address taxes or the debt ceiling. It also includes less funding than the Senate's for immigration enforcement.
