Houston, 45, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide and endangering children, court records show. His daughter was killed on Dec. 27 in a dog attack while at her father's apartment in Roselawn for the holidays.

Jurors convicted Susan Withers and her son, Adam Withers, of criminal charges in the dog mauling death of their next-door neighbor.

Echelbarger suffered serious injuries from the attack and went into cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital.
