Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag recently filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles and blamed them for the increasing damage caused by the Palisades fire which destroyed their home. The Hills stars are among the celebrities who weren’t lucky when it came to the survival of their home amidst the devastating fires.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, the married couple known for starring in The Hills, are among a group of over 20 people suing L.A. and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power due to the L.A. Wildfires.
