A Brockton man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to kill workers at a local car dealership before attacking and attempting to carjack not only his Uber driver, but police as well.

At one point, a Brockton man took the keys from an Uber driver and got into the driver's car. But, police said, he couldn't figure out how to put the car into drive to leave.

The owners of Diana’s Commonwealth Bakery are closing both its facilities in Agawam and plan to lay off all 229 employees, according to a notice filed with the state and shared with municipal officials.
