Former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez has a motion hearing on Friday but his sentencing date after pleading no-contest on attempted murder charges has been pushed back to March.

Cain spent up to 8 months in jail until the judge finally decided to give him bail to get out, but the case is not over and is still pending.
