The town plans to consider other locations for chargers. Potential sites include San Clemente Park, the Park Madera Shopping Center, the Corte Madera Community Center parking lot and Menke Park.

The town is facing higher costs for salaries and consultants, but it also got an unexpected funding boost from sales taxes.
