It seems the Philadelphia Eagles will lose offensive coordinator Kellen Moore shortly after capturing their second Super Bowl championship. Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie said Sunday night after his team’s victory that he expects Moore to become the next Saints head coach.

Moore also interviewed with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Jan. 17 for their head coaching position, which was previously occupied by former Eagles coach Doug Pederson. He did not secure that role, either. The Jaguars hired Liam Coen, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator, as head coach on Friday.

Moore will call plays for the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX against the Kansas City Chiefs. By Monday, if things go as planned, he could become the next coach of the New Orleans Saints.

The New Orleans Saints have cleared house on their coaching staff, as they now have vacancies at most of the major positions. One of the ones that most recently opened up was at defensive coordinator,
