The Pulse Memorial Advisory Committee — which includes victim’s family members, shooting survivors and other key players — unanimously voted to advance the final design to honor those who died and survived at the club, which was a gathering spot for Central Florida’s LGBTQ community before the June 12, 2016, massacre that killed 49 people.
