The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has labeled the broccoli recall as a Class I, the highest risk level issued by the agency.
Potentially deadly broccoli sold at Walmarts in Texas and other states recalled
Now, that same product is at an even greater risk of causing harm. Roughly 5,900 bags of broccoli across 20 states are impacted by the updated status of the recall, according to the FDA. Such states include Washington, Arkansas, California, Colorado and Wyoming, to name a few.
