ABC's drama series High Potential has been officially renewed for a second season. The series premiered in September 2024 and became one of the network's highest-rated new series.

The network has renewed the Kaitlin Olson -led drama for a second season in 2025-26. High Potential has been a breakout for ABC, ranking among the top first-year series of 2024-25 so far and drawing strong streaming numbers in addition to its on-air ratings.

ABC sees the potential in Kaitlin Olson as amateur sleuth Morgan Guillory. The alphabet has announced a second season of Olseon’s High Potential, which opened the new year with its largest audience - 12.9 million - across all platforms over seven days, according to Nielsen.

Kaitlin Olson, the University of Oregon alum also known for the long-running comedy, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," stars in the hit ABC series, "High Potential."
