The second season of an acclaimed Apple TV+ series has been scrapped after lead star Noel Fielding was unable to complete filming. Comedy show The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin ceased production due to a health issue faced by Fielding towards the end of the shoot.

The Completely Made-Up Adventures Of Dick Turpin' was Apple TV+’s high jinks Noel Fielding vehicle, but the series has come to a clattering halt.

The site also points out that Noel Fielding has been absent from projects due to illness in the past, including missing part of The Great British Bake Off ’s finale in 2022. This calls into question whether or not the co-host will be able to return for the baking competition’s 16th series this spring.
