Flags over Tennessee state buildings are set to fly at full-staff for the presidential inauguration of Donald Trump, putting a pause on the lowering of flags in honor of former President Jimmy Carter.
Trump will attend a signing room ceremony, followed by an inaugural luncheon in Statuary Hall. He then will review the troops on the east front of the Capitol. The parade will take place in Capitol One Arena, where Trump has invited attendees to also watch the swearing in ceremony.
