Four people were injured in a stabbing attack late Tuesday in central Tel Aviv. The attacker, a Moroccan-born U.S. permanent resident, was shot and "neutralized" by a civilian passerby as he attempted to flee the scene.
Four people have been stabbed in the Israeli capital of Tel Aviv after a man reportedly launched a frenzied attack in a popular nightlife area. A spokesperson for a nearby hospital said it was treating three people as a result of the incident, including one victim who was in "a serious condition with a knife wound to the neck".
The attack is part of a wave of retaliatory operations for Israel's crimes in Gaza and the West Bank, especially since October 7, 2023.
