The Dallas Police Department (DPD) said in a release that Dallas police officer Issac Burton was arrested on Jan. 25 for public intoxication, a class-C misdemeanor. DPD did not say when or where the incident happened but noted that officer Burton was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs investigation.
