Kelly rose up the ranks to offensive coordinator there and survived O’Brien’s firing but not David Culley’s a year later. Vrabel hired him in Tennessee, where he served as passing game coordinator in 2022 and OC in 2023.
McDaniels had two stints with the Patriots and held a variety of roles including offensive coordinator. He didn’t have as much luck as a coach between the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders, but his time as OC was met with success that included six Super Bowl titles.
