AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and the NAACP Amarillo Branch is hosting a celebration. There will be a parade at noon on Monday. Lineups for the parade will start at the Amarillo United Citizens Forum on 901 North Hayden Street.

CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The City of Canyon released its Martin Luther King Jr. Day schedule for non-emergent facilities. Officials said non-emergent facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
