Months after Hurricane Helene devastated farm land in the western part of the state, a rebound is expected for farmers.

The downtown stores at 38 Battery Park Ave. and 32 Broadway St., were closed in Helene’s aftermath as the community inched toward recovery and dealt with a citywide water crisis.
