The federal government’s recent mass deportation plan could have big impacts on those behind bars in Oklahoma and the rights undocumented criminals have.

According to the newly released Operation Guardian plan, about 525 individuals are to be removed from local or state lockups and immediately transferred to federal custody for eventual deportation.
