While not much is known about the upcoming Tron: Ares, the director of the film did recently discuss the soundtrack of the film, helmed by Nine Inch Nails, and just what fans can expect from it.

However, in addition to most of the Ares cast being comprised of new faces, the sequel will also be lacking Daft Punk, the electronic music duo who composed Tron: Legacy, but split in 2021.
