The Boston Celtics held off the depleted Denver Nuggets 118-106 on Tuesday night as Nikola Jokic sat out because of an illness.

The Boston Celtics head to the Ball Arena to face the Denver Nuggets in a non-conference matchup. The Celtics are 26-10, which puts them in second place in the Eastern Conference. The Nuggets are 20-14, which puts them in fourth place in the Western Conference.

The second returns of NBA All-Star voting are in, and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks still leads all vote-getters. Just like in the first returns, Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets leads all Western Conference vote-getters.
