That's what we saw over and over again this morning when trying to buy Nvidia's RTX 5070 Ti. Unfortunately, the GPU experienced the same launch-day troubles as the RTX 5090 and 5080: Low supplies and high demand made the PC graphics card nearly impossible to buy.

The RTX 5070 Ti is now available, but just like the 5080 and 5090, it's difficult to find one in stock at major retailers.

The same thing happened a few weeks ago with the launch of the RTX 5080 and 5090 cards, despite sky-high prices. Then, as now, a combination of factors seems to have led to an even more frustrating launch than usual with new high-powered hardware.
