CINCINNATI (WKRC) – An Ohio Lottery player in Cincinnati won $214,000 inthe January 8 Rolling Cash 5drawing. The winner will take home approximately $154,080 after mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent. The winning ticket was sold at Murray Bros Old Time Str #2, located at 4444 Montgomery Road.
