In July, the San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls and Sacramento Kings got together for a three-team trade. In that deal, the Kings made a questionable move for a big-name guard (DeMar DeRozan), the Bulls focused primarily on saving money (by not taking on the contract of Harrison Barnes),

Kevin Huerter, Zach Collins and Tre Jones will head to the Chicago Bulls as part of the deal. Jordan McLaughlin will go to the Spurs. The Kings also are acquiring three first-rounders and three second-rounders in the trade, league sources said.

All the rumors turned out to be true as the San Antonio Spurs have acquired star guard De'Aaron Fox from the Sacramento Kings. Fox had been pushing for a deal to get himself to San Antonio and the sides have now agreed to a deal. The Chicago Bulls are also in the deal, having sent two-time All-Star shooting guard Zach LaVine to the Kings.
