An unsettled stretch of weather will result in the potential for flooding and strong storms in Houston after Tuesday. Here's what you should know.

More cloudy, cool, drizzly weather Tuesday. Strong storms possible late Wednesday through Thursday. HOUSTON - Tuesday looks very similar to yesterday with clouds, temps stuck in the 50s and low 60s with spotty light drizzles.

A cold front that brought the chance for showers and a few strong storms will bring in cooler and drier air for tonight. That will mean an end to the widespread fog and any rain and storm threat with temperatures dipping to the low 50s for Houston overnight.

Expect dry, clear and comfortable weather to return Friday through the weekend. Highs on Friday will be in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. Look for loads of sunshine Saturday, with high temperatures in Houston in the low 70s.
