Two-time champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape progressed to the final of the 2025 SA20 with an eight-wicket win over Paarl Rocks at Centurion. Chasing a target of 176, Tony de Zorzi and Jordan Hermann put on 111 for the second wicket to put the Sunrisers in control.

Sunrisers Eastern Cape will play in a third successive final after winning two matches in two days. They will take on first-time finalists MI Cape Town on Saturday, with memories of their wins over Pretoria Capitals (2023) and Durban's Super Giants (2024) fresh in their minds.
