The New York Giants have decided on the future of both head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen.

New York holds the third pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and could have a quarterback at the top of its wish list. The Giants signed Daniel Jones to a four-year, $160 million contract extension in 2023. The quarterback played in 16 games over the past two seasons before the New York released him on Nov. 27.

As a first-round pick in 2019, New York had high hopes for Jones. It signed him to a four-year, $160M contract extension in 2023 but the deal contained no guaranteed money beyond 2024. The Giants have no quarterbacks signed for 2025, which leaves general manager Joe Schoen with plenty of work to do this offseason.
