Robert J. Talbot Jr., 48, was scheduled to appear January 21 for arraignment but failed to show up in court, leading the judge to consider issuing a warrant for his arrest.
Two police officers, who have since been discharged, were injured and taken to hospital after a violent struggle outside Talbot Green Police Station just before 19:00 GMT on 31 January.
