Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill caused many issues within his own team as he began angling to leave the franchise after the team missed out on the playoffs. Even though both sides appeared to be back on one accord, Hill was back on social media, seemingly stirring the pot.

Prior to the 2024 season, Hill received a reworked contract from the Dolphins that has him set to stay with the franchise through 2026. He’s due to count $27.7 million against the team’s salary cap next year, but releasing the receiver would cause that number to balloon to an even higher amount of dead money.

After a really bad day against the New York Jets, things got even worse for the Miami Dolphins in a hurry thanks to Tyreek Hill. The Dolphins (8-9) missed the postseason after losing 32-20 to the Jets (5-12) in the Week 18 season finale between the two teams.
