A former Somerset Court of Cherryville worker shared concerns about a hospice patient forced to sleep on the floor, call bell problems, and an unexpected death.

A downtown Los Angeles hospital is asking for community’s help to identify a man who has been hospitalized for several weeks.

The discovery led to delays on the 1 train in both directions late afternoon into early evening as police probed the scene.
