Sirianni was born on June 15, 1981, in Jamestown, New York, the son of Fran and Amy Sirianni. His father was the head football coach at Southwestern Central High School in West Ellicott, New York, where Sirianni graduated in 1999. Fran coached there for approximately nine seasons.
