A Tacoma teen, 17, has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting of a man sitting in a car in Kent.

Police in Washington state recently stopped a man with outstanding warrants and were shocked to find “a mountain of stolen goods” inside his shirt and coat, including 25 pounds of frozen shrimp.
