The inmate asked a friend to create an Instagram story that offered $15,000, a Cartier watch and a car as payment for beating up and killing the mother of his child.

An accomplice posted eight Instagram stories sharing the woman’s exact location at certain times, home address and other identifiers, a district attorney said.
