West Ham are looking to back new manager Graham Potter with the signing of Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Chelsea. The Hammers announced that former Chelsea and Brighton manager Potter would be taking over following the sacking of Julen Lopetegui.
