MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Medics attended to a fan who collapsed courtside Monday night before the San Antonio Spurs vs. Memphis Grizzlies game. The teams were preparing for the opening tipoff when attention turned to the courtside seats. Medics worked on the man on the floor as both teams were sent back to the locker rooms with the game delayed.

The Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs’ Monday night matchup was delayed nearly an hour due to a medical emergency courtside. When both teams warming up on the court during pregame festivities, things suddenly halted when a medical emergency occurred in the stands, as a fan had to receive attention from medics.

Players and coaches retreated to their locker rooms after a fan reportedly required CPR at courtside just prior to the game's scheduled tip.
