COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Town Center at Cobb reopened a little after 11 a.m. Wednesday, the mall said on Facebook, after shutting down unexpectedly due to unpaid bills. "We're OPEN!" the mall posted at 11:20 a.m.

The sign on the door says, “Due to unforeseen circumstances the mall is closed at this time. No entry until further notice.”

Macy’s, Belk and JCPenney’s are three of the mall’s big anchor stores that remain open, but the doors connecting them to the rest of the mall are closed. Those stores can remain open because they pay a separate utility bill.
