Babul Supriyo (born 15 December 1970) [2][3] is an Indian playback singer, live performer, television host, actor and politician who currently serves as Cabinet Minister of Information Technology and Electronics of the Government of West Bengal.

Babul Supriyo is an Indian playback singer-turned-politician from Kolkata. He started his political career in 2004 with the BJP. He has served as a Member of Parliament and as a Union Minister.
