Nov 9, 2015 · Head to Mass Gravel & Sand just SE of Lexington. It's due east from the Corvega Assembly Plant. Once you get there you should see two big tanks and a conveyor belt. Climb the belt and the rifle will be a in a duffle bag near the top. I'm not gonna spoil the surprise by posting the rifle specs so I'll leave it for you to find out on your own. Nov 15, 2015 · Note that Sniper Barrel deals listed damage only with all 3 pips filled. Damage with rapid fire is much less than that of a Long Barrel. Looks like 0 red lights deals only 25% of fully charged shot damage. Source: some testing on poor Codsworth.

Oct 29, 2018 · One good sniper rifle can carry you the whole game. Backup weapon, depending on your perks, a good silenced pistol if you have sneak perks, for up close critical building.

Nov 22, 2015 · I am an avid sniper and i found it very un interesting with sniper rifles in fall out 4. Aside from rail / electric guns theres only one bolt action bullet type one and it is ♥♥♥♥! Takes about 15 points damage.. i had to shoot one guy without armour in the head 3 times once. I want to upgrade damage from a conventional sniper rifle up to at leat 100... 150 would be even better.
