Nov 4, 2024 · I have it set to vibrate 10 times so when I'm in a meeting and it's in my pocket I can feel the alert. I know the alert sometimes comes to the watch too, but the alert notification isn't persistent so if I'm not looking at the watch, I don't see it (and the experience to get text alerts on the watch synchronized with my phone is horrendous!)

I've looked into this a bit, and am wondering why I don't get text notifications on my Instinct. I unpaired my Instinct and my iPhone XR, re-paired them, and it still isn't working. I know I can't reply to texts with my Instinct, and that's fine, but I would like to see them. Thanks for any help!

Aug 12, 2021 · I’m not getting alerts on my iPhone 11 Pro unless Bluetooth is turned off. I’ve looked through the older posts about this problem, but so far I’ve had no luck receiving audible alerts. My software is 14.7.1, which according to the phone is the most recent.

Jan 8, 2023 · No text alerts on iPhone 7plus My IPhone 7plus gives me no alert when receiving text, notifications is turned on, silent mode switch is not in red position, I’ve rebooted twice. I believe it started after the last update.

Feb 24, 2022 · I can’t imagine any what that Apple can get revenue from how you are alerted. But I can imagine what would happen if alerts went both to the phone and the watch. “Apple, why are you bugging me by alerting on BOTH my phone and my watch! You can’t imagine how annoying this is! I keep thinking I’ve gotten 2 alerts when I only have one!"

If still no incoming text, remove your watch from the Connect Mobile APP > More > Garmin Devices menu. On your iPhone, use "Forget This Device" in your iPhone's Settings > Bluetooth menu. Delete your Connect Mobile APP, install it again and Bluetooth pair again.

Sep 30, 2022 · Not receiving iPhone Text Alerts Since purchasing an Apple Watch I’ve noticed that my iPhone is not alerting me to new texts (no sound). Once in a while I hear a low ding from the watch which alerts me, but I don’t always hear that and would rather hear my selected ringtone from the phone. Is there a setting somewhere I can change? thank you
