Nov 18, 2018 · Mr.Konga Man, I purchased one of those rebuilt Saginaw 808 steering boxes from TelRiv. I can say the steering is more responsive with the replacement steering box. The old box took right at 4 turns either right or left to lock. The new steering box only takes 2.5 turns to lock.

Oct 12, 2022 · The steering gear has ball bearings in the worm gear, you can get those replaced at time of "if" needed to be rebuilt. The caster places a role in the steering effort. It calls for 50 Buick 3/4 degrees positive with both sides to be within 1/2 degree.

Dec 18, 2006 · Tom's roller rockers are really works of art and are a big difference than the stock rocker arms. Tom has been working on these rocker arms for years and has perfected them to what you see today. If I owned a Nailhead,I would definately upgrade to these rocker arms.
