If I click on Search the web, or Internet, it takes me back to the exact same screen, i.e., Xfinity Discovery Hub. Mar 20, 2020 · I contacted Comcast & they said I should be getting Newsmax Ch. 1115 because it's on the channel lineup I have. Yet, 1115 is absent from the channel guide. The channel numbers go from 1114 with the very next channel being 1121.

I so appreciate your help in trying to resolve this issue!! I’m at a loss & the local Xfinity store is of no help.
