Lorenzo Romar (born November 13, 1958) is an American basketball coach and former player. He currently serves as an assistant coach for the Loyola Marymount Lions, a position he has held since 2024.

Lorenzo Romar -- who has been a successful head coach for more than two decades and is known as one of the nation’s top recruiters -- returned to Pepperdine and is his second stint in charge of the men’s basketball program.
