Other than the Kentucky first round game, the resale value on Stubhub for most tickets that weekend was well below purchase price....

Jul 28, 2024 · Not sure through the "official" channels, but the cheapest tickets on StubHub right now are $88. There seem to be quite a few tickets available in the lower bowl for $115-$140, though. Not terrible.

May 16, 2024 · In 2010, you had to literally purchase an NU season ticket to attend, or you had to buy on StubHub for a LOT of money. It was a gimmick by NU to (1) keep Illini fans out and (2) bolster their season ticket sales, and it only worked because of the novelty of the first game.

Aug 23, 2024 · Side note---This is the time for families on a budget to hit the ballpark. If Cardinals have a good product or weekend games than tickets are higher priced. StubHub has tons of $1-2 tickets plus anyone can bring food/non-alcoholic drinks into the stadium for a game. Big topic now is bringing sports wagering to Missouri.

Stubhub was just as bad. I got my tickets last night for $76 ea + something like $40 in fees per ticket. Oof. Oh well, it's my first game in 30 yrs (been living out west & in Alaska most of that time) , so I'm not going to complain much. Just excited to be going!!!
