It looks somewhat better in 4K, but not that much, HDR helps, but I found 2 Potter movies I saw on 4K discs underwhelming. Also, there are many reviews of 4K versuons on YouTube with screen comparisons you can check out, and decide if it is worth it.
Complete Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts Extended Ultimate
I would call his V1 the definitive Potter World Set for now (I guess V2 will change that). So I uploaded the whole set re-encoded to a more suitable size (his files were around 100 GB each, my re-encodes are between 15 and 40 GB).
