I shipped a GB from Md to Miami for $150, I wrapped the hell out of it with multiple layers of cardboard and shrink wrap and wrapped the legs on top, took it to my local Fastenal and they provided an oversized pallet to which I strapped it down with multiple ratchet clamps, arrived with no issues, I would do it again.

4 days ago · This caused permanent wrinkles in the clear coat. Bill asked me to send it back from Ga. to Pa. via fastenal so he could fix it. To crate it back up, take it to fastenal and then pick it back up a month later, take it home and uncrate it once again was just more hassle than I was willing to go through.
