If I have 1 share of GOEV at $0.10/share (which is roughly the price before the split), total balance is $0.10. Then next day they reversed split 23:1 that means I now have 1/23rd of a share at $2.30/share (0.10X23), but still a $0.10 balance in my account.

Basically when GOEV goes over $18/share for 20/30 days, the company can and probably will (but isn't required to) call in the warrants. Once that happens, you have 30 days to decide what to do with yours or they expire worthless.
